With an imposing yet projectable 6�4�, 200 lb frame, Feliz (16) showed his aptitude for development over the last two months in the DPL. His 91-93 mph fastball exhibits strong downhill plane and movement while his curveball shows nice potential to become an above average secondary pitch. Don’t knock it. When the team gets renamed the Earth A’s with our floating ballpark we’re going to be the talk of all of baseball. Hell, Hollywood would make movies of our stadium being taken over by terrorist and floated through the Panama Canal to destroy D.C. only to be stopped by Territory Rights Infringement of the Nationals. It’s going to be kick ass.
